Our friend Simone Leblanc is extolling the virtues of RMS beauty on her tastemaking blog today—and we couldn’t agree more. RMS is one of our favorite clean makeup lines. Its founder, Rose-Marie Swift—who Siobhan had the pleasure of interviewing for the book—is a renowned makeup artist who’s done everything from Vogue to Victoria’s Secret. She turned to clean beauty after discovering health problems related to excessive chemical exposure through her work with cosmetics. Not surprisingly, she is now a serious stickler for pure, organic ingredients—and RMS is as clean as it gets. (And we recommend our faves from her line in the book, natch.)

I’m especially excited about RMS today because tomorrow evening I am finally meeting the woman behind the makeup. Rose-Marie is going to be in Los Angeles dolling out beauty advice at Evolue and I plan to be first in line. I’ll be sharing any exciting tips I pick up on Friday.

And thanks to Simone for the heads-up on the Edun-Sephora collaboration. We will be checking out those ingredients with a loupe and reporting back!
